TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 1 March 2026 · Please read carefully before using our service

SUMMARY

By using Armytool you agree to these terms. Key points: all tools are free; no warranty is provided on output accuracy; your files never leave your device; we show ads; don't misuse the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Armytool at armytool.site (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the site.

2. Description of Service

Armytool provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools including but not limited to: image processors, audio editors, PDF tools, text utilities, encoding/decoding tools, generators, colour tools, mathematical calculators, converters, and miscellaneous utilities.

All processing occurs locally within your web browser. We do not receive, store, or process any files you submit to our tools on our servers.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone with a compatible web browser. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should use the Service only with parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Armytool and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without prior written permission.

Your files and content remain entirely your own. We claim no ownership over anything you process through our tools.

6. Advertisements

The Service is funded in part through advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. By using the Service, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google APIs for QR codes, IP geolocation services, CDN-hosted libraries). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMYTOOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Always verify critical outputs independently before relying on them for important decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARMYTOOL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free service users, is zero).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armytool, its team, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
